“Round Table” (2024)

This collective action by the Mesa Redonda Collective was presented at the National Museum of Anthropology.

The members of the Mesa Redonda collective gathered around the installation of the same name as the exhibition to prepare for the closing ritual and to celebrate its co-creation process. Setting the table, eating, talking simultaneously during the meal and at the end: each person contributed something about the significance of the exhibition. It was an act of revealing the stories from within, breaking down the fourth wall, as in a sense, we interacted and created new relationships and participations with the audience.
