I also develop an active practice as researcher, both in the academic field and through the cultural projects in which I participate. I completed my doctoral thesis entitled: Crab Pro: The performance collective and young Chinese women in Madrid where I explore the links between art, community and identity processes.

My Master's Thesis was titled: Performance art as a tool in social and educational practice: A case study of the Chinese community in Madrid, Focusing on the possibilities of Performance Art involved in social and educational practice, the project has brought the Chinese community in the city of Madrid closer together through different performance practices and pedagogies.

I have directed and participated in various research projects. In addition, I have participated in Teaching Innovation Projects at the Complutense University of Madrid during 2018 and 2022. I have also collaborated with research platforms and initiatives as ChinaCul.es, InterAsia, Diaspora, Dramatic Magazine: an original magazine from the National Dramatic Center, and Magazine In addition to. Online magazine of decorative arts and design contributing to the production of knowledge from intercultural and transnational approaches.

My lines of research They focus on the intersection of artistic practices, migration, and cultural criticism, using intersectional and intercultural approaches. Some of the themes that run through my work are:
